MOHR stands for first-class service. Therefore, a high readiness for operation, preventive maintenance, technical training and know-how transfer are the key components of this succesful concept.

The MOHR Service Center (PSC) was opened in 2006. On a surface of nealy 1,500 sq.mtrs more than 20,000 different service parts are kept in stock. The availability of spare parts is 96%. Over 94% of all the service parts ordered are send out the same day. This means fast and reliable availability of spare parts throughout the service life of your investment.

The MOHR´s Service Parts Repair system ensures that service parts are checked and, if possible, repaired. Therefore service parts can be replaced at low cost.

Local highly qualified service technicians ensure a fast, competent and convenient service.

Cutting tests
MOHR conducts cutting tests with your sample material and the established results and data will be handed out to you.

Machine presentations
In our large Demonstration Centre in Hofheim we can present and demonstrate most of our machines and systems, also with practical tests with your own material. Please contact your authorized MOHR representative to arrange a convenient date for a demonstration.
